All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please keep on mind that we are closed on Tuesday & Thursday, which can effect processing times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped!

In-store Pickup

Live in the Perth area? You can skip the shipping fees and opt for free local pickup from our store in Darlington. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our opening hours and kept up to date on google. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you pop in for pickup.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange

All purchases from our store are covered by Australian Consumer Law.

We put a lot of love and care into packing each one of our orders, however, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

If your purchase has a major problem—like being unsafe, significantly different from what was described, or simply not functioning as expected—we're here to help. We'll do our best to repair, replace, exchange or refund your item accordingly. Please contact us within 30 days.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage and your proof of purchase. We'll assess the situation and aim to resolve it promptly, either through replacement or refund.

For returns due to a change of heart, we are not required to provide an exchange or refund, but we will consider these on a case by case basis. 
Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging and you have proof of purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of in-store purchase date or delivery date for online order. Any approved 'change of heart' return will be for store credit and the postage will be at the customer's expense.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewellery items.
